You girls changed my life! Let me up date you on my progress since my last bootcamp in August.....I think that I have BECOME A PROTEIN, because I now WALK,SWIM and HAVE YET TO FLY!!!! I dropped 10 pounds and eat better every day, making a lot of the food choices you talked of in your seminar and I am still using my magic bullet! I am taking a water aerobics class twice weekly and walking the other days.....What I learned the most from BOOT CAMP was to MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!!!!! I even got a boot ornament from REI and hang it on my mirror to remind me of my inspiration.... Santa even brought me snow shoes which I have already tried out be fore the thermometer reached 55 degrees! I work with a girl at CVSW whose Mom took your Camp and loved it(naturally) and I tell EVERYONE about it!!!! So...keep up the good work, girls, and you never know, superwoman may fly back into Boot Camp again soon!!!!!

I am 66 years old and was starting to feel old and creaky. Erica and Alexis initially helped me to modify various exercises to accommodate my age and ability. They helped me to improve my strength, endurance and flexibility so that I no longer need to modify many of the exercises. My new motto is "forever young" and I am hooked on Boot Camp! Thank you, Erica and Alexis!

I'm 46 years old, have 2 kids in college and decided that I needed to concentrate
on becoming fit and healthy. NOW!
I found Adventure Boot Camp online and since joining, these past 4 months have
been a rewarding and invigorating experience! I have lost 36.5 lbs. and 23.5
inches in just 4 boot camps. So far I'm doing great
but I couldn't have achieved this wonderful start if it wasn't for Erica and
Alexis motivating me to "do just a few more" or "you can run a little further!" They give me the push I need to work even harder.
The girls are certainly a bonus because they're all great and are here at
Boot Camp for the same reasons. We cheer each other on and it helps!
My goal is to continue Boot Camp for the rest of the year, then establish
a maintenance program with Alexis and Erica through their Personal Training
Program. Boot Camp has worked for me and it can work for you too. You just
need 110% motivation. The rest comes naturally. I can honestly say, "I love
Adventure Boot Camp!"

Quick update: A new year, a new me! There's not a chance that I would give up my time every morning at bootcamp! I joined last June and I do not plan to stop. I've lost around 40 lbs., and lots more inches. My frame of mind is so positive, my health is great, my family and friends are happy for me, and I look good. This makes me a happy bootcamper!

I'm 34 and for the past 3 years I have struggled with keeping those extra
pounds off. I joined a gym and worked out with a personal trainer for the past
2 1/2 years. This helped but I still had not reached my goals. In January 2005,
with New Year's resolution in tow, I tried something new- Adventure Boot Camp.
I
can easily say it is the single most effective move I have made for my mind
and body.
In just four weeks I dropped 2 1/2 pounds of fat, 2 inches from my waist,
1/2 inch in my thighs, and 1 inch in my hips! I'm hooked and I signed up for
two consecutive camps. Wish me luck!

I met Erica Meola at a BNI (Business Networking International) meeting in
early January. I had been looking for something to assist me in losing weight
and more importantly quitting smoking. The last thing I needed was to quit
smoking and gain weight like I had done years before. I spoke to her after
the meeting and she was confident that boot camp would work for me. I signed
up for the January session and asked my sister in-law to join with me. (it's
easier with a friend)
I had my last cigarette at 10PM on January 23rd. I started boot camp the
next day. I quit without the aide of a nicotine patch or gum and didn't gain
any weight. I probably wouldn't have made it through boot camp if I was
smoking. Not only am I a non-smoker eight weeks later, I can do 20 pushups,
I'm 3.5 lbs lighter, I lost almost 4" total (mostly in my waist) and I haven't
felt this good in years. I have told every person I know about Adventure Boot
Camp and I have joined a gym to keep up with my new exercise regimen. I feel
that going two or three times a year to the three day boot camp would be beneficial
in keeping me on track. It was a great experience! Alexis and Erica were awesome.

Why did I join Adventure Boot Camp?
At 38 years old, 30+ lbs overweight and the mother of a very busy 5 year old
and 13 month old, I needed to get in shape. I had tried to exercise on my own
and I had tried all kinds of kiets. I just couldn't stay with anything. I felt
like I had been on this merry-go-round long enough.
In January of 2005, I saw
a newspaper ad for Boot Camp. I had called and spoke with Erica and I checked
out the website. I made the decision that this was
what I needed. That was a great decision: I have lost 3 1/2" from my waist
and 1 1/2" from my hips. I have gained back stamina and self-confidence-I
feel stronger.
This has got to be the best investment in myself: and was well
worth the drive in the snow.
